Terms &

Conditions

1. Scope of Services

By approving a quote or paying an invoice, you authorize Puckett Christmas Lights LLC (“Company”) to design, install, maintain, remove, and (if selected) store seasonal lighting and décor as described in your service quote.

2. Payment

Payment is due on the day of installation unless otherwise stated in writing. Late or failed payments may pause service and scheduling.

3. Access & Site Conditions

Client will provide safe access to installation areas and working power outlets. Client is responsible for trimming/clearing vegetation and removing obstacles that block access.

4. Maintenance

During the service window stated on your quote, we repair reasonable failures due to normal weather and equipment defects at no charge. Physical damage (e.g., pets, kids, theft, landscaping, customer modifications) is billable.

5. Weather & Safety

Scheduling is weather dependent. We may reschedule for wind, ice, lightning, or unsafe roof conditions at our discretion.

6. Removal & Storage

Removal occurs after the season within our published removal window. If storage is included, we label and store your décor for use in the next season.

7. Property Protection & Damage

We use industry-standard methods intended to avoid damage. Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions (e.g., brittle shingles, failing gutters, compromised outlets/fixtures). Damage directly and solely caused by our installation will be repaired or reimbursed at Company’s option and limited to the cost of repair.

8. Electrical

Client must provide adequate, code-compliant power. Tripping breakers or undersized circuits may require scope changes or additional charges.

9. Cancellations

Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee (up to 25% of the quoted amount).

10. Independent Contractors

Company may use qualified subcontractors/independent contractors. Company remains responsible for work quality under this Agreement.

11. Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. No incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

12. Commercial Clients (Tax Note)

Many businesses treat seasonal décor as a marketing or promotional expense. Consult your tax professional regarding eligibility. Company does not provide tax advice.

13. Changes

Terms may be updated on this page at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
